Attendee Visibility Settings

Overview

The Show Attendees setting lets you control how much information is visible about who has RSVP'd to your Event.

You can choose between three levels of visibility:

• Hidden
• Count Only
• Show Names

This feature applies to Events only and helps you balance privacy with social transparency.

Hidden

No attendee information is shown.

Users cannot see:

• How many people have RSVP'd
• Who is attending

Best for:

• Private or sensitive gatherings
• Smaller, invitation-style events
• Situations where discretion matters

Count Only

Only the total number of attendees is shown.

Users can see:

• How many people have RSVP'd

Users cannot see:

• Who those people are

Best for:

• Showing activity without revealing identities
• Creating social proof ("people are going")
• Maintaining a level of privacy

Show Names

Both the number of attendees and their names are visible.

Users can see:

• How many people are attending
• Who is attending

Best for:

• Social events where familiarity helps
• Encouraging others to join when they see friends
• Building a sense of shared participation
